Sophia Rocha, RMA

Sophia Rocha RMA has been with PPG since mid-2011 and received her medical assistant certification from Texas School of Business in Houston.  She grew up in Harlingen and has lived in Houston for ten years.  Sophia assists in seeing patients and handles telephone calls, the ordering of supplies, prescription refills, notifying patients of clinical test results, and patient blood draws.  She is registered with American Medical Technologists and is CPR-certified.  She is interested in care tailored to the individual patient and in end-of-life care.

Sophia has a variety of other interests.  She attended culinary arts school, has studied horticulture, and enjoys spending time with her two sons.
